Last Saturday, Hanjo and I met up for a mini-xtc_LA meeting and went to watch a documentary film at LA Film Festival, titled as above. It starred a famous Korean American artist named David Choe. Here’s the trailer.

I met up with Jieun in Gardena last weekend–we watched Kungfu Panda (yes, I watched it again and it was still good!) and went to a yakitori place called Shinsengumi. This is an interesting choice of name for a restaurant, since Shinsengumi was a special police force during the late Tokugawa period (~late 19C) [...]
